Graffiti

Having grown up in detroit and being a frequenter of graffiti, i have learned to enjoy it. If anyone takes offense to what other people are writing on walls, unless your in a gang and its an invasion of turf, that person has way too much time on their hands to be giving two sh*ts about other peoples opinions. that would be like going to an art museum and wanting a picture of jesus taken down because your budist... Its just someones rendition and can be taken however one wants.

IN the News

1. The issues that i see getting covered in local news are the ones that involve either crime or someone beating the odds of something. In the more general national news the freep covers more mainly the war and sports.

2. The coverage on freep about someone doing something to beat the odds usually sounds semi-fake or staged almost. The quotes used seem to be made up just for this paper. However if it involves any of the other topics freep seeems to stick to facts and tell you what they know about what is going on.

3. Absolutly nothing of importance is going on in my backyard. It seems as though freep is in a down time for local news in my area and have to make due with what little they have. Unless however you find the buying of a 20 yearold liqour store interesting... however i don't, and i see no need to write about the 2 year rennovation of it and all the beer/liqour it may offer. BUT IF you for any reason want to read about the pet of the week, if your a wierdo that gives 2 hoots about other peoples animals, local news is the freep page for you.

4. i have no idea what i want to research/write about.

Ohio

Also i read here, ohio has made signs telling slow drivers to stay in the right lanes. well its just to bad ohians are morons and live in the anus of the united states. i have grown to hate ohio. i also enjoyed this comment

well see its bad when a citizen is doing this, but when a police officer is intentionally driving 5 miles under the speed limit in the left lane on a 2 lane highway to regulate speed. i hate ohio!

Okay yes, i do feel sorry for the children of the woman that was murdered. But honestly if i have to hear one more thing about this im gunna flip. Hundreds of people are killed a day in metro detroit what makes this so special. However they did find this guy in the camp ground that i usually stay at during the summer, smart guy. One road leading in and out of the place not a very highly populated area. Yes it deserved some news but the news took it too far. If it was because of how she was killed, theres been worse, if it was the neighborhood she lives in, better neighborhoods have had worse murders, if its just the family issue, more religous/family men have killed more and more gruesomely. argh. however i do believe that comericas relocation is smart for them. What company wants to be associated with such a awful place. Plus if all their earnings come from the south, go to the south. Sorry detroit not like you were getting any better anyways.

spring break

soo this was the lamest spring break ive ever had, because no one i knew had this week off with us!

i lost

Yes, today were the elections for mayor of dearbor. I came in 9th place, with 58 total votes. First place went to jack oreily with 16000 votes and second went to abd with 235 votes... so there was a small margin between the winner and the rest of us. it was a close race....
