My car

Yay, so i scrapped a few parts off of my uncles car that is the same as mine and made all the repairs on my car in under 6 hours today... im proud, then i played some hockey... life is gettting better besides the cost of gas and paying to fix my car... take the bad with the good...

Hungery in Dearborn

First you have you choice of Asian style food.
All three of these restaurants can be found all
in the distance of about one city block.



Then there is the Mexican or technically TeX Mex.


Next comes your choice of sandwich types. Most
common is the wraps and pitas. LaPita could
also go into the Arabic section that i left out
because it would have been SO large.





Four completely different styles of pizza. All
four within walking distance of each other




Unique in the blog, coney island. However not
pictured is the coney island directly across the
street.

We have 2 styles of bagel place, one shut down
due to not customers, and a fancy bread shop.



Of course most peoples day is not complete
without satisfying that caffeine addiction, so we
have your selection of coffee shops. Both located
about 100 feet from each other.


The two most unique restaurants in the area.
Mongolian BBQ, a favorite with just about
everyone and has been here for a while.
Buffalo Wild Wings, brand new, popular, and
the scale tipper on most people's view of how
out of hand the restaurant industry is becoming
in Downtown Dearborn.


Can not forget the sweets shop, only one of its
kind in the area.

Cheli's and Bailey's, both bar and grille, places
to go to watch the game, and both located almost
right across from one another.


Motel Mercury, once a flourishing
motel and diner, now abandoned.
The fate that surely awaits all other
restaurants in the area if people
only come to downtown Dearborn
to eat.

All pictures taken within the same stretch
of road, surely in walking distance of one another.
Some may see this and not an issue, so people have
a place to eat, but if the city wanted to get more revenue
they would do something to dilute the restaurant to shop
ratio. People will not come and pay(pay parking) for very long, if all they
are going to do is eat. In the running for mayor i was proposing a solution to
put a tax break for starting years of shops in this area to cover start up times
the hardest time for a new store. However, I lost the election and now do not know
wether or not something is being done to help this problem out.


FYI, I only have pictures of about half the restaurants in this area...

and finnaly 2 hours later the police showed up, long after the two young men rode off... great police response time...

Sun is shining birds are chirping and two punk ass mexican kids on stolen bikes are whistleing at my buddies girlfriend while she sits watching us play hockey at the local park. sounds harmless yes, but that is untill the say "hey (female dog)! why dont you come over here and (do nasty things to us)" upon her telling them to have relations with themselves they proceed to inform her that they will bust her (vulgar word ending in "ing") face in. 3 more girls come by and the the same thing is repeated. only this time the boys make light of the one girls prior sexuality and tell her that she looks like a man and that they will bust her face in also when she gave them the finger. next this went to a 6 yearold boy, walking his bike by the park, both young men chase the kid grab the bike push the kid down and throw the bike in the middle of the street. very big of them i know. after then running this kid away they proceed to kick the bike and throw it more. i was then informed that these boys rode their bikes all the way from the far end of town...to harass kids? no doubt it... if you dont or didnt think there was a drug problem in dearborn, this is proof that our children and even myself are not safe any more in the parks... next time think about the kids when voting and vote senczyszyn!
